Single flower honeys
- Orange blossom honey – light coloured, elegant. Best served with a mild dessert cheese or yoghurt.
- Rosemary honey – light in colour, delicate taste. Naturally soothing.
- Heather honey – dark golden colour, rich aromatic flavour.
- Eucalyptus honey – amber coloured, aromatic, often used as a sweetener for herbal teas – relieves respiratory ailments.
- Lavender honey – light coloured, richly flavoured fine floral honey
- Oak Forest honey – ebony coloured, strong flavoured, rich in mineral salts. Often served with toast for breakfast.
