Minimum Orders

£75 is our minimum order.

Terms

Payment is on a C.O.D. basis unless otherwise agreed. If a credit account is set up, we must receive payment by the 15th of the month after the goods were invoiced. Statements of accounts are issued monthly and no further reminders are sent. Orders received from overdue accounts may be withheld.

Claims

No claim will be entertained in respect of goods damaged or lost in transit unless notice is received in writing within fourteen days of receipt of goods. All goods are guaranteed to conform in all respects with the Food and Drug Acts.

Title

Products From Spain Ltd shall retain title to the goods supplied until payment has been received in full and reserve the right to recover any unpaid goods.
