Morcilla (Spanish black pudding) is used both as a tapa and/or as an ingredient in stews and other dishes. It is no surprise that our Morcilla de Burgos won 2 Gold Stars (Great Taste Awards) as it’s highest quality ingredients include bomba rice (from Calasparra) and horcal onions (prized for their flavour and high fibre). We also stock other excellent black puddings, either for slow-cooking or for grilling.
