Turron & Mantecados
Turrón (Spanish nougat) and mazapán (Spanish sweet marzipan) are essential at Christmas time in Spain. At the end of festive meals, small squares of turrón are brought to table and served with cava or a dessert sherry along with mazapanes, polvorones, mantecados, roscos de vino and other favourites.
